The Campaign
Mutant led integrated communications across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Australia & New Zealand, and Vietnam, working closely with regional teams to ensure credibility and alignment. Tactics included targeted eDMs to startup networks and VCs, a livestream panel with 21st Century Business Herald, and video content shared via WeChat and LinkedIn. We also secured high-impact interviews with top-tier outlets such as CNBC, Tech in Asia, and Caijing.com to spotlight PepsiCo’s thought leadership.


The Result
The campaign significantly increased applications and engagement, amplified PepsiCo’s sustainability positioning through high-impact media, and activated 41 startup communities across APAC — reinforcing PepsiCo’s role as a regional leader in sustainable innovation.
